Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These terms apply to purchases from AvantGarde Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AvantGarde", "we"), through avantgardeglobal.us. By paying through our checkout you agree to them.

1. Workflow packages (Starter, Growth)

• Scope. After payment we email you within 2 business days to confirm scope in writing: the inputs, the steps and the outputs of each workflow. Starter covers one workflow; Growth covers three. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before any work starts.
• Delivery. Typical build time is 2 to 7 business days after we receive the access and sample data we need. Delays caused by missing access or data extend the timeline.
• Your accounts. Workflows run in your own Claude/Cowork account and your own connected tools. You are responsible for those subscriptions and for their terms of use.
• Revisions. Starter includes one revision round within 30 days of delivery. Growth includes 30 days of support after delivery.
• Ownership. Once paid in full, you own the prompts, configurations and documentation we deliver for your workflow. We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential techniques.

2. Retainer

The Retainer is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time by emailing hello@avantgardeglobal.us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Unused months are not refunded.

3. Refunds for workflow packages

• Full refund if you cancel before we start building (before you approve the written scope).
• Full refund if we cannot deliver the agreed scope, or fail to deliver within 30 days of receiving your access and data for reasons within our control.
• Once a workflow has been delivered and matches the agreed scope, fees are not refundable. If something doesn't work as scoped, we fix it first.
• To request a refund, email hello@avantgardeglobal.us with your order email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Hardware (LR2021 LoRa Plus Evaluation Kit)

• Shipping. Ships only to addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders are fulfilled by an authorized distributor, usually dispatched within 2 business days of cleared payment. We email tracking when available.
• Cancellation. Full refund if you cancel before the order has been dispatched.
• Returns. Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the kit price; return shipping is paid by the buyer. The quickstart guide is a digital item and is not refundable once sent.
• Defects and warranty. Kits carry the manufacturer's 12-month warranty (Semtech / Seeed Studio). Report a defect to hello@avantgardeglobal.us and we will arrange a replacement or manufacturer RMA.
• Radio compliance. The US915 variant must be operated in accordance with applicable radio rules (for example FCC Part 15 in the US, ISED RSS-247 in Canada). You are responsible for compliance in your deployment.

5. No professional advice

Workflows, AI-generated automation maps and quickstart documentation are provided for business operations only. They are not legal, tax, financial, engineering or regulatory advice. Workflows that review contracts or financial documents flag items for your review; a qualified professional should make final decisions.

6. AI output

AI systems can make mistakes. Workflows include review steps where appropriate, and you are responsible for checking outputs before relying on or sending them. Estimates of time or cost savings are illustrative, not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
